Obtaining Metars and Terminal Area Forecasts (TAF's) with your cell phone (internet browser capability) FREE from Skywagon Ranch.

Cell Metar or TAF at www.wx.skywagonranch.com input:

•  kdfw (4  letter airport station code).

• kdfw kaus mmmx (for multiple stations).

Cell phone with e-mail (text message) capability only.

If you don't have internet access with your cell but do have e-mail - text mail: (use this format):

From your two-way pager or cell phone, send the following commands to: hz@hz.com  
You can put the command in either the Subject or the Body of the message.The entire command MUST be on the first line of the body and a single line.

•  METAR kdfw             or                     TAF  kdfw

The metar or TAF will be returned via an e-mail to your phone within minutes. Metar decoding manual  (PDF format).
